Why is a Phase I ESA a good idea?

Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs)

Phase I Environmental Site Assesswments are the introductory phase of investigating if there is a potential for environmental risk or contamination on a property that would affect its value and if additional investigation and testing is warranted. By having an ESA preformed on the property it makes it easer to decide whether or not to invest in the property.
